A Hizbul Mujahideen militant was arrested along with arms and explosives in Pulwama district of south Kashmir today. Police said, the millitant – Tasaduq Rasool Mir is a resident of Ratnipora village. He said an Under Barrel Grenade Launcher with a grenade, an Improvised Explosive Device , a detonator and a Chinese grenade were recovered from him.
