Historic Mughal Road connecting Rajouri & Poonch in Jammu division with Shopian district in Kashmir valley to be thrown open from today

In Jammu and Kashmir, the historic Mughal Road, the alternate national highway connecting the twin border districts of Rajouri and Poonch in Jammu division with the Shopian district in Kashmir valley will be thrown open for one-way traffic from Bufflaz to Peer Ki Gali from today. <br />''<br />''AIR Jammu Correspondent reports that in view of the clearance of Snow accumulation and landslides from 19 KM (Dogrian) to 43 KM Peer Ki Gali, the movement of one-way traffic was allowed on the Mughal Road from Buffliaz to Peer Ki Gali from today as per an order issued by the District Magistrate, Poonch. However, the cut-off timings for vehicles at the Poshana post will be 10 AM to 4 PM. Furthermore, as per the order, SSP Poonch, Sub Divisional Magistrate Surankote and Dy.SP Traffic Rajouri-Poonch are directed to deploy sufficient personnel at Behram Galla, Buffliaz and Poshana Checkposts to ensure the smooth movement of vehicles on the road.<br />
