In Jammu and Kashmir, the historic Mughal road connecting Kashmir Valley with rest of the country through the twin districts of Rajouri and Poonch in Jammu region, has been thrown reopened from today.<br/><br/>The road has remained closed due to snow accumulation for period of over four months in the winter. Traffic Police sources told AIR that, however, only one way traffic of light vehicles during the day-time, will be allowed to ply on the road these days as the precautionary measure.<br/>
