In Hisar Parliamentary constituency of Haryana, elaborate arrangements have been made to ensure free and fair poll in tomorrow's bye-election. State Chief Electoral Officer Mrs Sumita Misra said at Chandigarh that 1506 polling booths have been set up at 809 locations in nine assembly segments of the constituency. 13.32 lakh voters will exercise their franchise. In Tamil Nadu, poll campaign ended last evening for the Tiruchirapalli West Assembly byelection to be held tomorrow. The seat fell vacant as the sitting MLA and State Environment Minister Mariampichai died in a road accident near Padalur on May 23.
