In Haryana, the Hisar bypoll concluded peacefully amid tight security today. The voting machines are being carried to the strong rooms with escort for counting.According to initial estimates around 63 percent voters have exercised their right to vote, where as at some assembly segments of the parliamentary constituency like Bwani khera, Uchanakalan and Mandi-Adamapur recorded more than 65 percent polling. The final figure regarding total polling may further increase as at some assembly segments there was heavy polling during last minutes. The counting of votes will take place on 17th of October.
