<span style="color: #222222;">Hindi film Ayena, directed and produced by Siddhant Sirin, is being showcased at the 20th edition of Kathmandu International Mountain Film Festival being organized in Kathmandu from 8-12 December 2022. The film shows how a momentary act of revenge forever transforms the lives of two young Indian women, weaving a story around acid attack survivors.<br />”<br />”Till today, 55 films in Nepali, Korean, Hindi, Spanish, Russian, French, Dioula, Italian and lLbanese language have been presented. Since the year 2000, the Kathmandu International Mountain Film Festival (kimff) has brought an eclectic mix of films from around the world focusing on mountain communities and cultures to Nepalese audience. This is an annual event presenting quality films and exposes local audiences to current trends in global independent cinema.</span><br />
