Hindi diwas is being celebrated across the country today. It was on this day in 1949 that the Constituent Assembly adopted Hindi written in Devanagari script as the official language of the country. '<br/><br/>President Ram Nath Kovind will give away prizes to chiefs of various departments, Ministries and offices for their outstanding performances in promoting the language. <br/><br/>Home Minister Rajnath Singh will preside over this programme, which will be attended by Ministers of State for Home, Hansraj Gangaram Ahir and Kiren Rijiju. <br/><br/>On this occasion, the Department of Official Language in collaboration with the C-DAC will release a mobile app, Leela for learning India language with Artificial Intelligence. <br/>'<br/>Home Minister Rajnath Singh will deliver an address to the nation which will be aired by various stations of All India Radio. <br/><br/>It will be broadcast at 7:05 AM on the Indraprasth channel and 7:50 AM at the FM Rainbow channel. <br/>
