The Information and Braodcastig Minister Mrs. Ambika Soni has said that Hindi as a language should be made more flexible by adopting vocabulary from the other languages to maximise its growth. Speaking at a seminar on the Hindi Diwas , Mrs. Soni said that every one should make contribution to and support for the growth of the language. She said that Hindi is the second most spoken language in the world and the Indians should be proud of its rich heritage. She also said that Hindi unites the entire country in spite of the different cultures and there is no threat to Hindi from other languages.
