<span style="color: #222222;">In Himachal Pradesh, From today onwards, some activities are being started conditionally in the areas having no cases of COVID- 19 on the directions of the Union Home Ministry. State Chief Secretary Anil Khachi has issued orders in this regard to Administrative Secretaries, all District Deputy Commissioners, Superintendents of Police and other Heads of Departments.  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">According to the order, all health institutions of the state will work from today and activities related to agriculture and horticulture will also continue, besides this other IT including mobile Repair-related shops will open twice a week whose opening period will be decided by the local administration.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">It has been said in the orders that all government and private vehicles will run on curfew passes and permits and only three people will be allowed to sit in government vehicles apart from the driver.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">It has also been clarified that production has to be done by local workers and there should be no history of workers coming from outside states.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Work will also be carried out under the MNREGA with the imperative of face mask and social distancing. It has also been said in the order if any case of COVID-19 found in these areas the concessions will be withdrawn immediately.</span><br />
