Congress president Rahul Gandhi today reached Himachal capital Shimla for a day-long meeting with party leaders including the newly elected 21 party MLAs. <br/><br/>He will also interact with Himachal Congress Committee office-bearers and district presidents to get a ground-level feedback. <br/><br/>Former Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, PCC President Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and other party workers welcomed Rahul Gandhi on reaching Shimla. <br/><br/>Party sources said that Rahul Gandhi will assess the reasons for party's defeat in the recently concluded state assembly polls. <br/>
