<span style="color: #222222;">In Himachal Pradesh ,the state government has launched an online portal <a href="http://covid19epass.hp.gov.in/" target="_blank"><span style="color: #1155cc;">covid19epass.hp.gov.in/</span></a> for people stranded outside and inside  the state and  has no means of conveyance.The data compiled under this portal will be used to devise a comprehensive plan to ensure interstate movement of stranded people.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The state government has also appointed two senior nodal officers  for coordinating  movement of the migrant workers, pilgrims, tourists, students and other persons both within and outside the state.
