<span style="color: #222222;">Himachal Pradesh Former Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today asked the people of Telangana not to believe Congress guarantees. Addressing the media conference in Hyderabad, he said Congress had given 10 guarantees in Himachal Pradesh during the last elections, but not even implemented a single one properly. He alleged that the Congress assured of giving 1500 rupees per month to women, who are over 18 years old, but no woman has received it so far. He alleged that the Congress, which assured free power, instead increased the power charges. He also said the Congress party assured employees of Himachal that the old Pension Scheme would be approved in the first cabinet meeting, and it never happened. </span><br />
