In Himachal Pradesh, the main Republic Day function was held in Shimla where Governor Urmila Singh unfurled the national flag. The centre of attraction of this function was prisoner’s band contingent that took part in the parade. In all other districts the Cabinet Ministers unfurled the tri colour.
