In Himachal Pradesh, the weather remained cloudy today but the minimum temperatures dipped by 4 to 5 degrees Celsius. Capital town Shimla recorded minimum temperatures of three degree Celsius, lowest in this season. The met department has predicted dry weather during next couple of days.<br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that the bone chilling cold wave conditions persist since past few days in this small hill state continues. The weather was almost cloudy throughout in the state although tribal district of Lahaul-Spiti and Kinnaur witness crystal clear sky. The power supply has been restored in most of the areas of Lahaul-Spiti but the road and water supply remained disrupted.
