A newly constructed bypass connecting Haryana and Himachal Pradesh has been opened for traffic today. Now people traveling to Shimla may use this road avoiding some major bottlenecks at kalka and pinjore. A toll plaza has also been set up by the NHAI at Chandimandir, near Panchkula in Haryana, for using the bypass.
