Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal has urged the Centre to sanction a special financial package of 2500 crore to the state. The demand was made by Mr. Dhumal while speaking at the pre-budget meeting of finance ministers of the states in New Delhi on Wednesday. He also stressed the need of formulating short term and long term reforms in marketing areas of agriculture sector.
