Congress candidate Pratibha Singh won by the margin of 7490 votes for Mandi Parliamentary segment against nearest rival of BJP Brigadier Khushal Thakur in neck to neck fight.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In the Jubbal Kotkhai Assembly seat Congress candidate and former MLA Rohit Thakur won by more than 6000 votes to BJP rebel  Independent candidate Chetan Bragta who is son of former BJP MLA Narendra Bragta. BJP candidate Neelam Saraik lost her deposit as she got 2644 votes.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In Fatehpur Assembly segment Congress candidate won by more than  5700 against nearest rival of BJP  Baldev Thakur in triangular contest. In Arki Assembly bye election Congress party candidate Sanjay Awasthi won by 3219 votes defeating Rattan Singh Pal of BJP.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Chief Minister Jairam Thakur has congratulated the winning candidates of these by-elections.
