<span style="color: #222222;">Both Himachal Bhawan and Himachal Sadan in New delhi will be opened for food and shelter for students and individuals who cannot come to Himachal Pradesh and are stranded in NCR.<br />'' <br />'' In order to contain the spread of COVID 19, Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has urged the people of the State to remain stationed where they are as the State Government has not allowed any intrastate and inter-state movement in wake of the Corona pandemic.<br />'' <br />'' While interacting with the Deputy Commissioners through video conferencing from Shimla today, he said, movement of people within the State or from outside the State would be checked at any cost. Mr Thakur said, people who have already entered the State must be kept in quarantine centres established in the border areas.<br />'' <br />'' The Chief Minister assured that adequate arrangements have been made for proper food and shelter to the stranded people.<br />'' <br />'' He also asked the Deputy Commissioners to involve the Panchayati Raj Institutions in identifyying people who have come home from outside the State and even from one district to another.<br />'' <br />'' Mr Thakur said that in order to facilitate the people of the State stranded in Delhi or Chandigarh, Control Rooms have been established.<br />'' <br />''<br />''Director General of Police S.R.Mardi said that no vehicle carrying people for other States would be allowed to enter Himachal Pradesh and strict action would be taken against the violator.</span>
