US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton today said, she is looking forward to visit India to carry forward the bilateral Strategic Dialogue. Clinton will be leading a high power US delegation to India in April for the next round of strategic talks. She said, India and America are working together to construct an indispensable partnership for the 21st century to promote a secure and stable world. She said in a statement that the two countries are forging an even stronger strategic partnership to support even greater cooperation on economic development, open government, and democratic values. Clinton said that the two nations are bound together by mutual respect, shared values, and the freedoms enshrined the Constitutions.
