Former US secretary of state Hillary Clinton has ruled out running for President in 2020. In an interview to a TV channel in New York yesterday, Ms Clinton said, she was not running for President but was going to keep on working and speaking and standing up for what she believed.<br />''<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">She was the front-runner in 2016 but ended up losing to Donald Trump.
