Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has said that highway projects worth five thousand crore rupees are underway to decongest the National Capital Region. Mr Gadkari was addressing a gathering while laying the foundation stone of a 3,580 crore rupees highway project in New Delhi yesterday. <br />''<br />'' The over 59-km long highway project will start at the Ring Road-DND junction and it will culminate at the interchange of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway at Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) expressway.
