In Uttrakhand, the higher reaches are experiencing snowfall while several other areas including capital Dehradun lashed with rains in the morning. The people are reeling under severe cold wave conditions after fresh snowfall and rains.<br/><br/>Our correspondent reports that the higher reaches of Badrinath and Kedarnath areas continue to experience snowfall since last night. The temperature has touched below freezing points at various places in Uttarkashi, Chamoli and Pitoragarh districts.<br/><br/>The met office has predicted thunderstorm, rain and snow in some parts of Dehradun, Tehri, Pauri Uttarkashi, Rudryaparyag, Chamoli, Bageshwar and Pithoragarh districts.
