In Jammu and Kashmir, Leh City and adjoining areas including the higher reaches in Leh-Ladakh region experienced the fifth major snow fall of the winter season last night. The Snowfall continued till this morning. The minimum temperature of minus seven degree celcius has been recorded late this morning against the minus 14 degree celcius recorded yesterday. Met Department said the increase in minimum temperature is due to cloudy weather and the approaching of western disturbance.
