In Uttarakhand, under the chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary of Finance, a High Powered Committee meeting was held in Dehradun on the displacement and rehabilitation of disaster-affected people in Joshimath. All aspects of Joshimath were discussed in detail and a draft report was prepared.
