In the largest ever seizure in this year, Border Security Force has seized 27 kilogram Heroin on the Indo-Pak border near Attari and foiled the attempt of Pakistani smugglers to cross over to India, in the wee hours on Wednesday.

The estimated cost of the contraband in the international market is said to be Rs 135 crore.

This is the fourth seizure by the BSF in the last one week in this border state. Earlier the force personnels had seized 19 kilogram of Heroin from three different places near the border in Punjab.
