Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati said today that her government will not allow any foreign company to open retail establishment in Uttar Pradesh. Talking to media persons at Lucknow she strongly opposed the government`s decision for FDI in retail sector. She said the decision will hamper the small business men adversely.
