The National Commission for Minorities, NCM, has begun a toll free helpline number on which an aggrieved member of the minority community can register complaint. Talking to newspersons in New Delhi today, the Chairperson of NCM, Mohammed Shafi Qureshi said that people can get their complaint registered on the helpline number – 1800-110088.<br/><br/>Mr. Qureshi said that there was a long pending demand for such an arrangement.
