A helicopter helping in aid operations in Haiti has crashed in the western Dominican Republic, killing two persons on board. <br/><br/>Dominican Civil Aeronautics Institute spokesman Pedro Jimenez said two bodies that of the pilot and co-pilot have been recovered.
