Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister K Rosaiah has convened a meeting with the ministers in Hyderabad this evening to discuss about the all party consultations on 5th of this month.Hectic political parleys are also underway in view of the all party meeting over statehood for Telangana. The opposition Telugu Desam, BJP and Praja Rajyam Parties have blamed Union Home Minister P. Chidambaram for the Telengana agitation.<br/> Meanwhile, security has been tightened in and around Hyderabad in view of the proposed Student Conclave tomorrow demanding the Centre a time-frame for carving out Telangana state. <br/><br/>Despite denial of permission, the Student Joint Action Committee which is sphere heading the agitation for separate Telangana state is going ahead for the Student Public Meeting in Hyderabad tomorrow. The Osmania University campus that is the epicentre of the agitation has been once again charged with emotions as the police have been deployed in large number on the campus. However, the students across the Telangana region are expected to join tomorrow’s conclave being organised demanding the Central government to declare a clear time frame for carving out Telangana state. Meanwhile, the Additional Director General of Police A. K. Khan said the security has been stepped up in and around the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad to face any eventuality. On the other hand, the all party Telangana Joint Action Committee has demanded the Government to allow the student conclave.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, a Joint Action Committee for Unified State has been formed under the chairmanship of Prof Samuel.<br/><br/>The state Government on the other hand has revoked suspension of Vijayawada Police Commissioner V. Rajendranath Reddy about two weeks after he was suspended following MP Rajagopal escaped from a Hospital. The Government has revoked the suspension today after receiving an enquiry report ruling out any dereliction of duty when the MP escaped from a hospital while he was on indefinite fast against bifurcation of the state.
