In Jammu and Kashmir, heavy snowfall has thrown normal life out of gear in Kashmir valley. The Jammu-Srinagar National Highway continues to be closed for the third consecutive day.<br />'' <br />''Landslides occurred on the highway at multiple places. Continuous snowfall is hampering restoration work and the road has turned slippery. Hundreds of vehicles along the highway are stranded.
