A cyclonic formation has been formed over Odisha and it is likely to turn into a low pressure in the next 36 hours. The Bhubaneswar Meterological Office at Bhubaneswar has predicted heavy rains in most of the northern parts of the state under the impact of the cyclonic formation. It has predicted that southern parts of Odisha will receive moderate rainfall. Rain and thunderstorms is also expected in many places today. In the past 36 hours, Talcher has received the maximum 82 mm rainfall.
