Heavy rains lashed the capital Monday morning. The rains caused water logging in some areas like Laxmi Nagar while the showers also resulted in slowing down the traffic throughout the city. The minimum temperature was recorded at 26.9 degree Celsius. The weatherman has predicted a generally cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershowers tomorrow with mercury likely to oscillate between 27 and 35 deg C.
