In Gujarat, heavy rain is lashing border district of Kutch with high velocity since early morning. AIR Bhuj correspondent reports that several trees were uprooted and roofs of houses were blown off in Vagad area, while in Bhuj city, low-lying areas were submerged due to torrential rain.
