Heavy rains lashed several parts of the National capital today. Met office says, 4.1 millimetres of rain was recorded. Talking to All India Radio, Director, Met department, Dr R.C.Vashisth said, medium rains are expected to continue in the next four to five days in the city.The Met office has forecast one or two spells of light or heavy rains in some parts of the city in the next 24 hours. The maximum temperature was today recorded at 32.8 degree celsius, three notches below normal while the minimum settled at 28.2 degree celsius, one degree below normal. The maximum and minimum temperatures will be around 33 and 26 degrees respectively tomorrow. AIR correspondent reports, the capital has been receiving monsoon rains for the past four days. Monsoon hit the city on last Friday after missing its normal onset date of 29th of June.
