Heavy rainfall in Kargil; Farmers upset

In Jammu and Kashmir, Kargil district is experiencing heavy rainfall during the last 24 hours which has dipped the temperature to minimum 3 Degree Celsius and maximum 9 degree Celsius. So far 1.2 mm of rainfall has been recorded. <br/><br/>The farmers are very upset due to this rain as it has damaged the fruit crops. <br/><br/>As estimated by experts due to sudden and un-seasonal rainfall and snowfall, farmers in Kargil district has to bear loss in corers of rupees as the main fruit of apricot got destroyed, besides damaging the flowers.
