<span style="color: #222222;">Heavy rain lashed several parts of the national capital Delhi and adjoining regions on Sunday evening IMD said. The minimum temperature was recorded at 19 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average. The Central Pollution Control Board said that the air quality index was recorded in the moderate category at 158. IMD in its forecast said, the sky in Delhi will be partly cloudy tomorrow.</span><br />
