Heavy rain lashed the national capital Wednesday afternoon, bringing relief to Delhiites from scorching heat. <br/><br/>Rain also caused water logging at several places and vehicular movement was affected. MeT department had forecast generally cloudy sky today with a few spells of rain or thundershowers. The city has so far received 26.4 millimetre rainfall. <br/><br/>The maximum temperature is expected be recorded at 32 degree Celsius, six notches below normal and the minimum temperature will hover around 24 degrees, five degrees below normal.
