In Uttarakhand two persons were killed and seven other injured in rain related incidents during the last 24 hours. Incessant rains triggered landslides in Garhwal and Kumaon region, blocking several routes and have affected normal life. Scores of pilgrims were stranded due to frequent landslides on the Chardham yatra routes. The Met department has predicted more rains in the state.
