Heavy rain in Maharashtra, NDRF & SDRF units deployed in flood-prone districts

Nashik Municipal Corporation has issued a warning to the citizens living alongside the riverine.</span></p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">Due to rains in Nashik, Igatpuri, Trimbakeshwar, Peth and other places, rivers and streams have started flowing. Traffic was disrupted after incidences of tree uprooting at several places.</span></p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">In Bhandara district, the Wainganga river is overflowing and excess water is being discharged from Gosikhurd dam.</span></p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">Mumbai, Thane, Palghar and Raigad districts are also receiving good rainfall.
