In Himachal Pradesh, incessant rain hit normal life in Shimla and Simour districts as transport, communication and power services were badly affected for the last two days.National Highway-22 which was remained blocked in between Shimla and Rampur during over night restored this morning while it has been disrupted between Rampur-Recong-Peo as there are massive landslide on it at Manglat area in Kinnuar district.The transporting of Apple on Hartkoti -Theog state highway has also been affected due to continuous rainfall and slippery road.
