Heavy rain continues to lash the southern parts of Kerala as a low-pressure area formed over Arabian Sea is nearing the State coast. The Meteorological Department has forecast heavy to very heavy rainfall with strong winds in Kerala till Sunday. The low-pressure area is likely to  intensify by tomorrow and form Cyclone Tauktae. <br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Red warning is issued in five districts including the State Capital. Widespread Sea-erosions have been reported in the coastal areas of the State today. People in coastal regions are being shifted to relief camps. Control rooms have been opened.
