<br/>Vehicular movement was affected in some parts of the national capital for the second day today due to water logging caused by heavy rain on Monday evening. Traffic snarls were reported from several places in the city. <br/><br/>Heavy rains measuring 51.4 mm lashed the city for about 90 minutes and dipped the minimum temperature in the city to 23.2 degree Celsius. At least 11 people, including two women and three children, were killed in rain-related incidents on Monday.
