In Manipur, heavy polling is on peacefully at all the 67 polling stations across nine assembly constituencies in the five hill districts.About 60 percent of the voters have cast their votes in the re-poll by 12:30 this afternoon. The polling stations went to re-poll today following large scale electoral malpractices during the January 28 polling for the 60-member state assembly elections.
