Normal life has been affected in different parts of Uttarakhand due to heavy rain. The rain which started last night is still continuing at various places till reports last came in. According to Met department about 50 to 115 mm rains have been recorded at various places today. Director Met department Anand Sharma told AIR that moderate to rather heavy rain may occur at most places while heavy to very heavy rain may take place at few places in the state in coming 24 hours.
