Heatwave to severe heat wave conditions likely to continue over East, east-central, east peninsular India during next 3 days: IMD

<span style="color: #222222;">The&nbsp;</span><span style="color: black;">India Meteorological Department</span><span style="color: #222222;">, IMD said heat wave to severe heat wave conditions are likely to continue over East, east-central and east peninsular India during the next three days. Yesterday, maximum temperatures were in the range of 42 to 44 degree Celsius over parts of Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, East Uttar Pradesh. The maximum temperatures were between 40 to 42 degree Celsius over parts of East Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Telangana and Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam.</span><br />” <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />” <span style="color: #222222;">No significant change in maximum temperatures is very likely over East and South India during next two days. Fall of maximum temperatures by 2 to 4 degree Celsius in maximum temperatures is very likely over Madhya Pradesh during the next five days.</span><br />” <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />” <span style="color: #222222;">The MeT department said heat wave and severe heat wave conditions are likely to continue in some pockets over Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Telangana during next three days, and Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam, Bihar, Gangetic West Bengal, East Madhya Pradesh, East Uttar Pradesh during the next two days. There will be gradual abatement of heat wave conditions from these regions thereafter.</span><br />” <br />” <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, conditions are favourable for further advance of Southwest Monsoon over some more parts of West Bengal, Jharkhand and Bihar during two to three days.</span><br />
