In Utter Pradesh, intense heatwave has paralysed the normal life across the state. The day’s maximum temperature is hovering between 39 to 43 degrees celsius in eastern and western regions. The scarcity of drinking water has been reported from Bundelkhad where water sources have dried up. AIR correspondent quoting the met office reports that Allahabad remained hottestest place where mercury shot up to 43.6 degrees celsius. AIR Correspondent adds that the city life has also badly affected due to frequent power cuts.
