Intense heatwave has disrupted the normal life in Uttar Pradesh. Allahabad remained hottest place in the state where the mercury soared to 45.3 degrees Celsius. Our Gorakhpur correspondent reports that the people are facing hardship due to increased humidity and disrupted power supply.The people in the state are facing much hardship due to intense heatwave. The people are coming out only after covering their face and body to protect themselves from the blazing sun. Humidity has increased up to fifty percent while the maximum temperature ranged between 42 to 45 degrees Celsius across the state. The water and power supply has badly affected due to increased demand of electricity.
