Heat wave continues to sweep several parts of the country. However, the Delhites will get some respite from heat in next two days. <br/><br/>The Director of Met department R.C.Vasist said that the temperature will come down soon.<br/>But there is no respite from intense heat in Uttar Pradesh. <br/><br/>Hot wind and rising temperature has badly affected normal life across the state. Scarcity of drinking water and fodder has been reported from Bundelkhand and Vindhyachal region. <br/><br/>Heat wave was gradually gripping entire the Maharashtra. Mumbai experienced light rains recently and weather too was cloudy. <br/><br/>This was a relief for the people. But this relief was short live as heat wave overpowered these light showers. Bihar is reeling under intense heat. <br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that Gaya was the hottest place in the state with a maximum temperature of 44.8 degree celcius on Monday. <br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that State capital Patna recorded a maximum temperature of 43.5 degree celcius. This time the temperature is so high that roads look barren and people prefer to live indoors<br/>The high temperature at this time of the year would adversely impact crops, especially vegetables and fruits as their flowering pattern would be affected.<br/>According to met office there may not be respite from the spell of heat wave condition in the next 48 hours. Weather scientists say that the abnormally high temperature was due to lack of western disturbance and absence of clouds leading to no rain or thundershower.
