Karnataka High Court today posted the hearing on the bail application by former State Minister Katta Subramanya Naidu and his Corporator son Katta Jagadish Naidu to the 12th of this month. The Court asked the Lokayukta to file its objections to the bail plea. The duo were remanded to judicial custody two days ago by a special Lokayukta court which was trying the Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board (KIADB) land grabbing case. Both were housed in Central Jail at Paramapana Agrahara in the outskirts of the city.
