The hearing on anticipatory bail petition filed by former Chief Minister of Karnataka B S Yeddyurappa, his sons and son-in-law will continue in the High Court on Monday. They have filed bail plea in the background of CBI enquiry going on against them in the illegal mining case. The CBI probe was ordered by the Apex Court on recommendations of the Central Empowered Committee set up by it to look into illegal mining. It is charged that during his tenure as Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa helped the trusts managed by his sons and son-in-laws to get donations from mining company in return for favours from the Government. It is also charged that his Sons and Son-in-law got 40 guntas of land denotified in Bangalore and sold it to a mining company for forty crore rupees.
